Hi, I work for a company who produces CVD diamond coatings. My question is are other materials such as silicon treatable with your process to reduce internal stress. The coatings we produce place high stress loads in the surface of the parts. I had mentioned (cryogenics) to our engineers, they didn't seem to be overly interested. Maybe you could enlighten them and me.
