: what is the average rotor life of a non-treated rotor?
: My company's van fleet is on average at 80K miles. None have ever had the rotors replaced (all have had brake work and rotors resurfaced).
: Majority of fleet are 97-99 Dodge Caravans all with ABS.

fleet brake rotors

John,

if your company vans are getting 80K miles on a set of rotors, i would say you are doing good.

most of the vehicles that we treat brake rotors for get under 20K miles and need to be replaced.
cryotreating rotors will usually gain you 100 to 200 percent additional life.
