: Hello,

: I want to get a clarification on the issue of
: heat-treating/stress relieving (through vibration etc)
: brake rotors.

: Do I need to have this done before the cryogenic
: process or will just cooling the brake rotors be
: enough?

---

Edwin,

Thanks for your interest in cryogenics. Cryo treating your brake rotors is typically more than sufficient to increase the wear life of your rotor 200 - 300%.
Vibration and heat treating are not typically necessary.

Email me if you would like us to mail you a brochure.

Sincerely,

Steve Klingbiel

: If I need to have the heat treatment done, do you
: do it or do I have to have it down somewhere
: else, then bring the rotors in for the cryogenic
: process?

: Thanks,
: Edwin
