| The answer is very, very slowly. One Cryo
has spent years developing and perfecting the ultimate process for increasing bat
performance and durability. Our deep cryogenic process removes stress allowing the
molecules in the bat to realign in a tougher, stronger matrix. This gives you increased
distance, increased tensile strength, increase bat life, and an increased batting
average. We treat your bat right! Our entire
process takes over 48 hours to complete. Bats to be cryogenically processed are first
placed in our cryogenic chamber at room temperature. Other methods drop the bats in their
processor at -50F to -100F. This can cause thermal shock. |
It takes over nine hours for our process
to go from room temperature to -300F. That's less than one degree per minute.
Our computers monitor and control the entire process. Accuracy can
be measured to 1/10th of one degree during any part of the process. Our advanced control
system regulates precise temperature changes, thus ensuring that your bat is returned to
you with a denser structure and dimensionally stabilized, which will allow you to hit with
more power and transfer more kinetic energy from the bat to the ball.
Cryogenically treated bats will be more able to resist denting
giving you increased bat life. |
