Dear Mr. Carlman, 

I would like to extend my thanks to you for convincing me to try "cryogenically" treating our cutting tools. As a composite part manufacturer for the Aerospace Industry we use an enormous amount of cutting tools in some very harsh environments. As you know we cut Kevlar, Fiberglass, Aluminum and Titanium to name a few materials.  

Our results have been nothing less then spectacular, during out sample period we experienced "3 Times" the normal life expectancy of the sample cutting tools, this life gain will save Hexcel Structures over $500,000 in cutting tool costs. We also will receive an added bonus in production efficiency gains. Another bonus has been our increase in quality, we drill "perfect" holes because of those production efficiency gains. 

We will continue to treat our tools and are looking foe other ways to use this treatment.
