Bruce Allen, the pilot of The Outlaw Fuel Additives Pro Stock Pontiac Firebird, is the epitome of a race car driver. He has lived his entire life within earshot of a racetrack and has been building and driving fast cars ever since he was old enough to turn a wrench and see over the steering wheel.

The Michigan native originally developed his skills by winning numerous titles in Modified Eliminator and Modified Gas hot rods. The long weekends of hard work that eventually stretched into 17 years of sportsman-class racing finally paid off in 1985 when the famed Reher-Morrison Racing Team asked Bruce to drive their high-profile Pro Stock car.
